Issues, we all say we have them whether there addictions or mental health. We all have them but we don't admit it, what's mine you may be curious. Maybe it was my ex battle with drugs and depression . My Dad's addiction was worse especially after the loss of my stepmother and half-siblings. Now he's the fire captain of the 118. The good thing about getting help with issues is that we can start over, and that's just what we did when we moved. I don't really know where i'm going to go with this but These one-shots are going to be mostly angst because I feel like a t of 9-1-1 one-shot stories are all about sex and shit and for me i hate reading that shit so i'm writing what I would enjoy to read so yeah :D There will be trigger warnings for a lot of these since it is angst so i will name a few here: SH, ED, Panic attacks, Greif, Abuse (both physical and mental), Being unwanted, and Breakdowns. 9-1-1 fanfiction. Pairing: Buck/Eddie. A visit to his parents' house fully reawakens the demons that Buck had barely begun to put to bed. When all of Eddie's attempts to comfort him with words fail, Bobby helps him realize it's time for action. Specifically, a particularly hot night where Eddie is going to drive Buck wild and make him realize exactly what he means to Eddie. This is canon-compliant all the way through 4x14, with the premise that Buck & Eddie became a couple a little after that (and are out to the firefam). Set after the events of 911 Season 6 Episode 9, Red Flag... Eddie makes his choice and pursues a relationship with Buck. This comes with the trials and tribulations of getting together, being in love, the lightning strike, Buck's recovery, the secret relationship reveal, parental drama, and Buck's past as a SEAL coming back to haunt the 118. I wrote a large chunk of this story during the winter hiatus. Started posting on the archive in February. All of this is already posted there. You may have already read this there. This story will be ongoing and will deal with some heavy themes. Trigger warning up front. They will deal with, but not tolerate homophobia, ableism, Bobby's AA, Buck's history of abuse, Maddie's is mentioned, Eddie's family drama. These triggers and others make an appearance... None are tolerated, and they overcome things as a team and a family. There will be drama, angst, violence, smut, cursing, etc... There will be some angst between the characters. No character bashing ... they actually will deal with their issues to move past them. There is some drama between Buck and Maddie very early ... and then Buck and Eddie against Bobby... Eddie and Bobby, Buck and Chim... These are done to actually deal with plots the show leaves hanging.
