But within the last two months, he has seen gruesome murders and doesn't want to report them to the police because they will assume that he is involved. Chief Zhao Yunlan does exactly that, he treats Wei as a suspect until it's proven he's not, but the killer doesn't stop. He has his own twisted reason why he's sending the images to Shen Wei's mind deliberately.
