Villain Deku au
Midoriya was having a normal day. Everything was great.
Until it wasn't.
Suddenly he was in a completely different world getting arrested for being a villain.
Up was down, left was right, Bakugo was quirkless and Todoroki was dead.
And there was a villain running around with his face.

"Wait!" I cried, trying desperately to keep Todoroki here. To not allow him to be taken by the villainous version of myself.
The villain pouted. "Oh, poor Izuku Midoriya. This must be so hard for you, huh? Seeing how you wanted to be the one to end Endeavour's son yourself?" Todoroki looked at me with wide eyes, the ghost of betrayal behind them.
I tried not to be fazed by that look and focussed on keeping my voice steady. "You asked if I had a quirk." The villain, Deku, stopped, as I knew he would. If he was like me, if he was me, then his dream... his fantasies... they should all be the same as mine once were. "I didn't answer."
"You don't have a quirk," he hissed.
"Yes I do."
