Seven years after Izuku Midoriya inherited All Might's power and began his journey into U.A. High, the hero now globally known as 'Deku' has reached the spot of number one hero alongside his longtime rival, Katsuki Bakugo. Superhero society has been constantly evolving over time, and newer, stranger Quirks are beginning to arise.
    
    Within recent years, Pro Heroes have begun going rogue and committing heinous crimes without reason, before disappearing without a trace. All of a sudden both the number one heroes disappear simultaneously, supposedly to pursue whoever is causing these heroes to go rogue, and the safety of the citizens is left up to the new generations of heroes.
    
    One of these aspiring heroes is the shy Jinke Netsudai, whose father, the Pro Hero Lucifer, had gone rogue a few years ago.  He has idolised both Deku and Bakugo for a long time and dreams of nothing more than to become a great hero like them. Now his chance has arrived to enter U.A., and through it he hopes to achieve his goals; follow in his idols' footsteps, find whoever caused his father to go rogue and become a great hero so he can find a way to restore control to his mother's paralysed body.
