Eloise Chrynz Pacheco works as a primary care physician. She has a mountain to climb after the death of her mother. Eager to put an end in her mourn and loss, she disembarks from Mankind Medicare and spends her vacation in Alta Tierra.

While trying to mend her inner peace, Rafii arrive and rattle her beliefs. As a physician, she has the right to cure under the state's laws and fear to be sued. She'll monitor Rafii and ascertain his condition after the on-road accident.

Both are outcast and have similar scars to cure. Can they be able to reveal the peace they seek in between stitches?
