This is not like any other night, it's unordinary, it's outrageous, It's the night before Halloween! A 9 year old named Parker Liams is the opposite of what people would think of as ordinary 9 year old.  He has murdered both of his parents on this night and he is after all of the kids in his 4th grade class who has bullied him and anyone else who gets in his way. He wants the kids to remember him by last seeing him slaughtering them to death before the big day of knocking on doors and getting candy and dressing up in ridiculous costumes.
