This is not like any other night, it's unordinary, it's outrageous, It's the night before Halloween! A 9 year old named Parker Liams is the opposite of what people would think of as ordinary 9 year old. He has murdered both of his parents on this night and he is after all of the kids in his 4th grade class who has bullied him and anyone else who gets in his way.
