On the night before Thanksgiving, two strangers collide head-on on a desolate highway and crash deep into the woods. Trapped in their mangled cars, Morgan, newly pregnant and drowning in despair, and Oliver, scarred by secrets and tied to his mother's home, must fight to survive as a blizzard closes in. Their fragile bodies and minds are pushed to the limit by hunger, cold, and the frightening thought that no help may come.
While Oliver's mother and girlfriend begin to fear the worst back home, the forest around the wreck grows darker and more hostile. A wounded bear, creaking trees ready to fall, and the storm itself become threats. The greatest danger may be the thoughts festering inside their own heads. As the night deepens, the line between survival and surrender blurs and the woods seem to conspire against them.
