This is book 3 in the Coffee & Books series. Please read the other two books first.

Ylva is happily dating Loki. Life with the God of Mischief is surprisingly domestic. The Asgardian people live in Brooklyn, but they're hoping to relocate to Norway to finally have a place to call their own again. Ylva gets introduced to the more colourfull characters that came back to Earth with the Asgardians, like Valkyrie, Korg, Miek and Hulk. Being the 'human chill pill' she is (not her own words!) she can maybe help Bruce Banner return.
Meanwhile, Loki is slowly working his way back to his full powers. The magic restricting bracelets Stark designed for him might soon be a thing of the past. But what happens when Loki has free reign again?

I narrowed my gaze and quickly stood to rush into Thor's aid, ignoring his dejected expression. I was about to leap off the cliff side when I heard four words that had me frozen in my place unlike anything my powers could do. "I still love you." ___________________________________________ (Y/N) Ísveig thought she'd made peace with Loki's death. She couldn't bring herself to forgive him for everything he had done, obviously, but she was finally beginning to live the life she always wanted. She was no longer deemed future queen of Asgard, and she was slowly learning to control her amplified ice powers. That is, until the god of mischief decides to attack New York and steal the Tesseract. Now (Y/N) must again face her inner demons as her powers quickly deem too much for her to handle, and all her feelings for Loki resurface even though she forces herself to see him as the enemy. She brought Loki back with her and became his watcher. She didn't go back to work for SHIELD. She couldn't after losing Phil. So she kept Loki safe and in turn protected the world from Loki. She kept in touch with the Avenger's however no one knew why she quit working for SHIELD. She planned to keep it quiet until the news of Tony's death reached her. Now it was time for her to come back. Only Nyx knows she can't do it alone. She turns to Loki because she wants to give him a chance, but she also fears how the other Avengers will react once they know that she has been harboring the person who destroyed New York. However, she will risk anything to help Tony and give Loki a chance at proving himself to be the man she knows he is.
