Wellisandra has had a hard life, moving from foster home to foster home, she felt as if she would never belong anywhere even after a family adopts her. Acanthus Thorzon is the King of a secret vampire race, one of the last pure blood vampires in their entire race, he is highly guarded. He is a warrior along with ten other highly trained Vampire men.
