(Year 2029) Its pointless finding another job, people are dying and turning into brainless, killer alien-zombie-things day-by-day. He keeps his dog Niko by his side daily. Or he's try himself. If not, What's the point on living on a human-less earth? There's barely any animals left either, and most of them have gone rabid anyways. Its surprising Niko hasn't. He has yet to find even a hint of an antidote, but he refuses to start giving up hope just yet. He's only 5 years into the breakout. Only 5 years... What's a few more gonna hurt?

Abby has no idea what she's getting into when she adopts Henry from the local animal shelter. The dog is crazy smart. And a little creepy with how much he seems to understand. Henry is so confused. He remembers being a man, and doing manly things. Like buying socks. But here he is, covered in fur, and wagging an unfamiliar tail in this apartment belonging to a kind but scattered woman. What's a slobbering dog-man supposed to do? This is a story I wrote years ago, when a friend said, "You should write a story about a man who turns into a dog!" I said, "Uhh... okay."
