It could be said that many things can bring about change, but the world has never seen anything so catastrophic. In a blink of an eye, the world everyone knew disappeared and all that remains in its place is sand and nothingness.
The few survivors gather to find a way to safety, and those outside the zone of decimation scramble to find answers, but nothing is as it seems any more. The only question of precedence: how long before disaster strikes again?

BOOK 2 After chaos destroyed, America fell into pandemonium and there was no communication with the U.S. After a pandemic crisis on the East coast, most civilization was abandoned near the Atlantic Ocean. After that, the world slowly began to fall to pieces and almost every country made a scramble to figure a way to make space travel easier so they could colonize a planet. But a new leader came out of the ashes and proclaimed they would consider the apocalypse a "rebirth" and proceeded (with his advanced engineering) to clear radioactivity from America and make it livable again. With the help of his crew, he builds a high security city and begins to build out past the east coast. Shortly after he rebuilds NY, he disappears and his advisor rises to power. He is a fair but cruel master (calling himself a Lord) and some people refuse to work for him. These people manage to escape the oppression of the Lord and live out on the wasteland that was once a great country. This Forsaken World
After suffering a world spread pandemic, world war three and finally a deadly virus that turns infected humans into zombies, the human race is pushed to the brink of extinction. Uniting the surviving governments into a single organization known as the New Alliance, the last survivors of humanity turn there efforts towards creating a fleet of starships to search for a new homeworld. Just as things begin to look up a fleet of unknown space ships enters the earth's orbit and lays siege to the planet. Forced to retreat, the New Alliance evacuates anyone they can and travels into the unknown, pursued and hunted by vampire-like creatures with an insatiable thirst for blood. Those unlucky enough to be left on Earth are captured and enslaved to serve as both labor force to fuel the alien species technology and to provide them with there life's blood.
