The supers all go to one academy. They're all trained the same-to be protectors of the government and everything it stands for. It wasn't always this way, with the Super Society and everything. But there's more to the Super Society that the academy is letting on and why it was shut down. Is TOSI protection? Is it fear? Is it control? Is it just the need for power?
