When Does Life Get Better?

Kadija is a happy go lucky, intelligent 15 year old who knows exactly where she wants to be in 3 years time... that is until she moves from busy and diverse city life in London to boring and monotonous village life in Scotland. Aside from being the only person of colour in her school, Kadija faces challenges of making friends, trying to get her first boyfriend before she leaves school, and ultimately, trying to live up to her racial stereotype of being "cool" and not the clumsy, socially awkward nerd she is.
