Here's a thought: Imagine if The Joker was actually mixed raced? Would the origin story change? If so, then how?
Here's my answer.
The story follows the depressing life of Jackie Napier, whose love for alcohol and gambling cost him dearly; a luxurious home, the affection of his beloved and the chance of living a better, happier life.
After getting fired from work by his incorrigible boss, Jackie is directed by a young university drop-out to the nearest underground casino for his most challenging game ever. However, a discovery of an unknown secret literally sends him over the edge, awakening his suppressed darker side; a persona that will shake the foundations of the entire city; forever.
A FAN FICTION Novella inspired by 'Batman - The Killing Joke' graphic novel by Alan Moore, drawn by Brian Bolland.
Based on 'Batman', directed by Tim Burton and 'The Dark Knight', directed by Christopher Nolan
Also based on the 'Batman: Arkham City' videogame, developed by Rocksteady Studios, released by Warner Bro's Interactive Entertainment.

What if Joker had a daughter? One raised by Gotham... She was abandoned. She's angry. She want's revenge. She hates her father... But does this mean she works with the side of the Angels? Well, let's just say, there's a reason her name is Sanity. --Note-- This story is going to be re-written eventually, while this story will be up until the other version is finished (I won't be publishing it until then) this story will be deleted once that is done. There will be notice for that, so you know what is happening, but chances are you may need to re-read the book a second time following this. Especially, since I plan on actually having a sequel to this one complete eventually. --As a side note-- Only 5 characters are my own: Sanity, Ryu, Avalon, Jeremiah, Genevieve. All other characters belong to DC, I cannot stress that enough. In addition to this I have also used actual quotes from the Original Comics for the characters that have said them, as well as used some of the same origins/storylines to give the other characters (DC's) more of an identity e.g. 'Death in the Family' storyline// Where Joker kills Jason... Or 'A Killing Joke' storyline//Barbara getting put in a wheelchair and the Joker's Origin... Finally, the Joker's 'real' name//'Batman Mask of the Phantasm'. There are other parts as well but those are the main ones and a few of the examples. The Demon Slayer - Knightmare Rises
AN: Here we are, this is a remake of the DC Demon Dark: Rise of Knightmare story. Expect some familiar arcs from the comics and the DCAMU animated movies, specially those from the Batman movies such as; Son of Batman, Batman Hush, Under the Red Hood and others. Harley Quinn And The Joker
Welcome to my first and only fanfiction about Joker and Harley Quinn, the two (surprise) main characters in this book. --You're just my favorite jester-- Love is strong, but sadly, not strong enough as - after a final reunion after more than a year separated - Joker draws the final line in his relationship with Harley, leaving her heartbroken with no one to trust - except for Poison Ivy and Black Seven. Meanwhile, Batman and Joker alike face one of their most dangerous enemies who feels nothing but hatred for both of them and has figured out a way to finally get rid of the Caped Crusader as well as the Clown Prince of Crime. Gotham's most evil villains join together in a fight that they seem to win, leaving no chances to Batman and Joker. Or...might a sudden change of heart save Gotham's citizens as well as it's criminals?
