The F.F is based on a town named Seoul, Which is located in South Korea(S.C). This town is painfully infested with crime. So much that police are tired and scared at this point, All up until the crimes suddenly stopped. One day, A figure was spotted running away from an apparently resolved crime scene. They were unrecognizable but, The victim of the assault, Who had been robbed of her purse, Claimed the hooded individual chased the criminal down, Tore the purse from his hands, Beat the guy up until he was unconscious, and returned it to her. Unfortunately, He took off, Only having whispered the words: "You're welcome, Be careful, Okay?" She could not see his face, As the hood had shadowed it. After that event, That same hooded being kept showing up in crime scenes. Seoul refers to the person as their "Secret Superhero."All Rights Reserved
