Carter Ralph

Carter Ralph, a 23 year old villain, lives a life of hurt and fake smiles. That is, until he meets a strange villain whom becomes his rival in villainous actions and normal things, like who did their eyeliner better. This, however, is his backstory filled with pain for both him and his younger twin sister.
