One Fateful Addiction To A Certain Stormy Series - Storm and Silence FanFiction
Storm and Silence there aren't enough words to describe how amazing the book is in general. They also can't stop getting better and better as the sequel In The Eye Of The Storm was amazing and the current Silence Is Golden is just so mind blowingly brilliant. I can't sing these books praises long enough. I'm also in love with all the fanfiction the fandom provides. I kid you not they are just so amazing! I've read loads of them too many to count. So hell I will try my own hand at writing a Lambrose fanfiction. Why not? So here goes my attempts ( and fails ) at making a book of one shots that you may or may not enjoy! .~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~. All characters belong to the wonderful SirRob. My second place winning entry for Sir Rob's fanfiction contest! ____________________________ It should have been easier to find her, with less people in the way. It should have been the easiest mission in his life. He'd faced greater challenges than this and had triumphed every time. But what should have been an easy task was rapidly sending Rikkard into a slight panic. He had been looking for two hours. And she was still nowhere to be found. He wanted to yell. He wanted to rage and storm and trample the city over, tearing it out by its roots until he found her. He couldn't afford to lose her. He didn't want to lose her. The only thing he wanted was to find her and go home, away from this accursed place, far from its infinite streets and bothersome shopkeepers. He should have never come here. It wasn't worth losing two people in one night; first his prey and then the girl. It wasn't worth the failure he now felt the weight of on his shoulders, the hole in his heart. Funny. The night was dangerous. The roaring thunder, piercing lightning, stormy wind and excessive rainfall did nothing but made the night all the more dangerous. But I wasn't scared of the night, I was scared of the thing that engulfed me right now. No, no, not the darkness but those two familiar arms holding me firmly. I was scared of the feeling they evoked into me. Scared of the butterflies fluttering inside my stomach. Scared of the goosebumps invading my body. Of the heart beating louder than it should be. And somehow they made me feel the feeling I shouldn't feel in the presence of a man, more importantly because of the presence of a man, this man ,his presence comforted me. He made me feel comforted.
