Shattered Glass//Jack Avery

One night, Jack just takes off. Leaving his phone where the boys are, and catches a random flight. He doesn't want to go home, as much as he needs it, because he knows that's the first place the boys will check. So he ends up in some small town in the middle of nowhere. Alone. He meets a girl and they start to hang out. Her family struggles financially, and her dads cheating on her mom but no one wants to admit it and address it because they know it'll break them more than they're already broken. She's hesitant at first to let Jack in, but after a few days he convinces her that he's not the enemy and they start to spend every minute together. Jack has an album he has to record though, so he knows as much as he wants. He can't spend more than two weeks with the girl he's falling for. So he invites her to go back to la and meet his friends and see the city. What she doesn't know though is why Jack doesn't want to just let her go, she doesn't know how depressed he is, and he doesn't know how broken she is.
