Alex Rubium is a normal teenager who goes to college. He is dealing with the stress of work, all cramped up, not to mention how much he and his best friend struggle to fit in with others. To add salt into the wound, recently, strange things have been happening to him. After an encounter with an escaped wolf/falcon hybrid named Wolfalco, he notices that he might have a superpower. Actually, he does. He can repel or attract things with his hands, solid OR liquid. So, now that he has these powers, while he does want to hide them from people, he also wants to experiment with them. So, he creates himself an alter ego, Attracopel! A vigilante of London. Unfortunately, the police aren't that happy with the existence of a vigilante, and want to arrest Attracopel, despite all the help he is trying to give.
