A few weeks have passed since Aizawa recovered from the USJ incident, and Yamada has been acting stranger than usual. When he shows up one night on the hero's doorstep in a rather sorry state of affairs, it's up to Aizawa to sort him out and get to the bottom of the issue.

When Present Mic has to help Endeavor with interrogating a villain, something goes wrong and Mic is sent into a surprise heat. Endeavor mates with Present Mic when the Omega latches onto him. In the aftermath, Endeavor tells Mic to never speak of it to anyone and the Voice Hero agrees. It's unfortunate that Mic didn't plan to abort the child that resulted from the mating with Endeavor.
