Alan Ashby and Austin Carlile have been best friends since high school. Alan quickly grew feeling for the older boy, but when Austin starts dating Gielle, Alan breaks down. Years later, Austin and Gielle get married, completely destroying Alan's chances with Austin. Or so he thinks.
