Peter Parker and his aunt move in an ominous town called Marville. He has a scholarship to the world's most prestigious academy and to top it all off his Aunt has a new job. Everything seemed fine but the reality is Peter is dealing with some new powers and the academy he goes to has secrets. When Peter and his new friend Tony Stark begin to uncover the secrets of Hero Academy they make more enemies then they realize.
Meanwhile Obadiah Stane has hired a mercenary to go undercover and spy on Tony Stark because Tony is figuring out things and uncovering the truth. Wade doesn't care who he hurts or what he does as long as he gets good money out of it, that is until he meets Peter.
