Cuando uno busca un confidente, siempre optan por sus mejores amigos, y lastimosamente no es la mejor opción, porque hay asuntos en los que se necesita otro nivel de secretismo, uno en el que confesar algo no te hace objeto de burlas inocentes o de prejuicios. 
Quizás no sea una persona que confíe mucho en la gente que la rodea, por eso, estoy aquí, escribiendo esto desde mi computador.

They say what's in the past keep it in the past but I wanted to know all about my past. It was things that I didn't know and that I wanted and needed to know! But my life turned upside down when my past is exactly what I should have left alone. Now if you ask me how it all began, I don't exactly remember but I know it started when I moved in with my grandma who I haven't met in all my twenty years of living. I have been in and out of foster homes since I can remember, living with families I knew nothing about. Being the outcast and them constantly asking me what's wrong because I simply did not speak. The only thing that kept me sane was my good grades throughout school. I got the satisfaction of doing the one thing that people kept telling me over and over I couldn't do. I stayed to myself and graduated high school with honors, getting a full-ride scholarship to any college of my choice. Well, this is just great. I moved out here to Italy to get away from the melodrama and here I am minding my own business while doing a favor for a "friend". And that's a term I use loosely. Then, all of a sudden I'm finding myself joining an Italian Mafia gang, outnumbered by too many males, and a great big secret happening within the shadows that anybody who tries to find out said secret is met with a violent end. Secrets, guns blazing, knife fights, tempers flaring and Stands all around. Huh. Now that I say that out loud it doesn't sound any different from my own family. This might turn out to be fun. The family always said I need to loosen up, but I don't think this is what they meant. Oh, well. No going back now. Maybe...Just maybe...These guys can teach me how to feel again.
