The world of Toso is one that is dark and reeks of death and struggle. Monsters run rampant, it seems the nobles don't care, and would rather get more wealth while turning a blind eye. Among all this hardship stands Furui. A legendary adventurer who saved the capitol from the orc king many years ago. Now old and grey, he's taken a young boy by the name of Wakai into his care. Living in a log cabin secluded from the rest of the world, Furui is helping the boy master his magical abilities while trying to teach him about the harsh world. But who is this boy? And why does he look so familier to Furui...
