Rae Camiris and Sodan Wolfmann had no idea what they were getting into. They thought their lives were simple. Rae was an experienced assassin who used flame magic. She thought she would spend her days collecting bounties while carrying a pretty high one herself. Sodan was a demi-wolf, something much stronger than a werewolf. But he thought he would guard the Hafarian castle prison. Raised in different worlds, they meet in a castle where Sodan worked in the dungeons and Rae was captured by the prince, being sent down to the dungeons. He, and a motherly woman named Damerias, helped The Red Assassin escape from her dangerous demise at the hands of the murderous prince who would soon rule over Hafaria. Penelope, a friendly Meraine who was banished to the Broken forest, helped Rae and Sodan take down the prince, but not without the help of a few others...While walking into the forest one day they found a hole...Where does it lead? Lily. A broken sad soul. All she wants is to reclaim her throne and save the people who were trapped here. Her friends. Her family. Her siblings. Her lover.

*Rejected at First Sight* Spin-off series (By GirlWhoChasesRainbow) 🌶 "Oomph!" The sound rushed out of my mouth as the door opened before I could reach the handle and my body hits a wall. I stumble backwards slightly before a hand wraps around my waist, keeping me from falling. Looking up, I realize this wasn't a wall, but instead a very attractive male. A very messy, but definitely sexy, mop of black hair sat on top of his head. When I looked closer, I realized that it was a deep shade of brown that was probably often mistaken for black. My gaze traveled to his eyes, where I found two deep ocean blue eyes looking at me. I kept going further down to his too crooked nose to be called straight, which I assumed came from too many fights. His skin was tanned, but an olive tone suggested he had a natural darker complexion to begin with. My eyes finally found his pink, very plump lips which were resting slightly open. His lips jerked up into a lopsided sneer as his hand snapped back to his side. The sudden movement left my back cold, as if his palm had been a source of warmth. "You've got to be kidding me!" His tone dripped with disgust. My eyes turned to questioning as I looked back up into his eyes. I brought my hand up to rub my nose, squinting at the slight pain. "What the hell." He grumbled. "I, Jay Julian, reject you as my mate." He, or Jay, said with venom lacing his voice. He quickly turned and walked down the now vacant hallway with no glance back. Rejection? What the hell was that? Was it some sort of local lingo? How did I get rejected on my first day? The first person I make eye contact with at this school rejects me. I guess that's how this school works, if the hottest boy in school rejects you, you're a nobody. If that's how this small town school worked, then I was screwed. So much for making friends, or mates, or whatever they call people in this place. I shake those ocean blue eyes out of my head and continue into the office to start my new life.
