She didn't have any kekkei genkai or tailed beast, she doesn't belong to any clan but still ended up being a strong shinobi. By 16, Sakura has gathered enough Chakra in her forehead to develop the YIN seal. A supposed very difficult feat to manage that requires a master level of Chakra control. On the fourth great war, she had manage to heal countless of people. 

Everything She did indicates that She is Smart, Strong, beautiful, supportive, fearless, friendly and other good things to describe her. 

Sakura Haruno, age 20, the Fifth Hokage's apprentice and a member of the legendary team 7, has been found dead in the border of the fire country. Murdered by an ambush. Countless of Rouge ninjas ambushed her and brutally killed her. Ranks A+ to S. Sakura managed to fight them until her very end. 

Years later, emerald green eyes were opened only to see another world. 

5 years later, Sakura Haruno is no longer but became Sakura Midoriya the sister of Izuku Midoriya.
