Immediately, I kick his stomach and he blocks it, leaving his face open for a punch. I throw a hook at the side of his head. Baffled, Jax looks at me and I smile like a devilish angel. "Ha, beat that Meyers," I taunt.
"You ain't seen nothing yet," Jax puts his hands in front of his face. "Come at me."
I instantly charge towards him, but as I'm about to jab his face, he does a side kick to my abdomen. The wind was knocked out of me and my diaphragm was filled with the most un-pleasurable feeling in the world. I gasp for air as I fall back to the boxing ropes. Jax's kick was very powerful, and I hate to admit it, but that was a real tough blow. But I definitely wasn't gonna let him beat me. Not on my watch.
