Her dad left for the military when she was 11 years old, they had a lovely relationship. She still hopes that he will come home any day, but it hasn't happened yet.
However her mom has moved on from Ryan, Bailey's dad, and she got together with Martin 6 months ago, who has a daughter Kay, she's 17. She doesn't like Bailey for some reason so she bullies her. And since Kay goes to the same school as Bailey, her friends start leaving Bailey for Kay, and she slowly loses them.
