Kim Namjoon and Kim Seokjin are leaders of the two most dangerous and intimidating mafia groups in all of South Korea. They are enemies and want nothing more than to kill each other and become number one, but there's a problem.

One member from the BT group has an arranged marriage with one of the 21 groups members. Their leaders would not take kindly to them being together, but their parents refuse to back down and forces the marriage. They want to expand and become more powerful by combining the two groups. The two are forced to keep their marriage a secret and protect each other from their leaders as well as their enemies.
