¡Hola!, soy yo... Bueno esto es diferente a lo que estoy acostumbrada a escribir :/  pero bueno.
Quería  hacer un libro de esto, pues sé que algun@ de ustedes han pasado por esto, ya sea por experiencia propia, por algún familiar o amigo cercano; esto es para que vean lo que es la ANSIEDAD y DEPRESIÓN.
Okay, para comenzar yo padezco de TEPT, que es TRASTORNO POR ESTRÉS POSTRAUMÁTICO, esto se debe a un suceso que me dejo marcada, el cual fue la traición de mi "Mejor amiga" con el chico que me gusta (El cuál se convirtió en mi pareja hace un mes). El TEPT es un tipo de ansiedad que causa ataques horribles.
Ahora la depresión que yo padezco la tengo desde hace unos 4 a 5 meses, poco a poco va aumentando de intensidad, y hoy esta en grave.
