A single mother is trying to cope with her young son. 
Lazlo is an ordinary little boy growing up with his mum Sarah. However, life takes a turn for the worst, and young Lazlo begins to exhibit unordinary abilities. Sarah is losing her will to cope, she can't keep uprooting her son and taking him to different parts of the country to keep him safe, but she doesn't understand how to help her son. His father is nowhere to be seen, and Sarah can't even recall his face, let alone his name, he is a shadowed figure in their lives. 
Maybe if Sarah can grab some sense of what is happening to her son, maybe she can help, or at least find someone to help. 

Follow Lazlo's story as he progresses from a young four-year-old boy to a teenager. Will his relationship with his mother stay strong, or will they break apart?
