In the year 2XIII, humanity has reached its peak of evolution...
We finally ended all wars (even though we started a few after WWIII). Created ships specialized in exploring galaxies beyond our reach. But what we were proud of the most was Chroactic Energy. Most people don't know about this, except for the government, the military and the people who discovered it.
The scientists were sworn to secrecy about the strange energy and to research more on it. But five scientists started experimenting with this energy and gained extraordinary abilities, all but one. He learned that he did get an ability, the ability to absorb the Arceum Energy from the environment and from people.
He started to attack people and gained the dormant abilities of the person. The four scientists found out and attacked the madman 'killing' him, destroying the files and created a portal and left, disappeared off the radar. But the man was alive and well, he rose up the ranks and became the head of the department specializing in Chroactic Energy. Waiting for the day to exact his revenge on the persons who took everything away from him.

The man who discovered it decided to make the metallic liquid into arrows. He then buried them underneath his homeland and in the year 2000, it was eventually discovered and monstrous beings called "Klaxosaurs" begin appearing. The arrows were a sign of hope as when exposed to the air, it chose which people to grant powers from. A visual manifestation of life energy to the user. Ordinary people cannot see it, but people who were granted with these powers can see it. It could not be harm by ordinary things, only other special people can hurt it. This was known as a Stranxx, and people who were granted these powers used it to kill the infestation of Klaxosaur. Some used it for good, some used it for bad but they didn't know that there would be a school just to train your Stranxx and fight Klaxosaurs. Thus we focus on our main protagonist, Hiro. He is Stranxxless but he has a dream, and that dream is to be known as the #1 Hero that destroys Klaxosaurs in one swoop. So he thinks that the program will help him fight the Klaxosaurs.
