I'm a Phan! I love POTO with all of my being. Nothing will ever top Andrew Lloyd Weber' s musical. Charles Dance makes one of my favorite Phantoms in a 1990 movie version. That movie is actually based off Arthur Kopit's play that is based off Gaston's book and happens to be one of my favorite versions of POTO. However, I feel the 1990 movie of POTO should've had different things happen so here they are!
I'm also gona change some of the songs to modern times. I have nothing against the movie! I think everything in the movie was great and the music was beautiful but being born in this day and age, I'm not very familiar with those songs so ima gona shake it up a bit. Hope you like!

I also do not own Phantom of the opera or anything used for this fanfic(i.e. the cover or the videos). I just love it to death!

Hey welcome to Phantom Writer a modern version of Phantom of the Opera. Now please let me explain this help better understand the story, now originally this was gonna to be like Candyman and Phantom of the Opera, later on I added things from not only Conjuring but Insidious along with a few things from Phantom the Musical. I just wanted to let y'all know that this might be if not one of the hardest stories I had to write, but that's if you don't count Michiru x Nazuna (Original) which was a nightmare to write or Dead-End's Road which has me come up with new ideas for it. And that's not to put down anyone who wants to write or are writing a Phantom of the Opera, it's a beautiful story on love, music, and tragedy, it's what I love about Phantom of the Opera, and that shines through with the Characters. And I know I can't do Phantom of the Opera without saying something about the Phantom and I just want to say I understand he is misunderstood for his looks which is sad and is the reason he became the Phantom, but this Phantom was understood but became the Phantom for what can be an honestly be called a simple mistake, Christine and Raoul are also a big part of the story for Christine being the only one to truly understand the Phantom, Raoul has trouble trying to understand yet wants to help Christine with the Phantom which is one of the great parts of the story. On a side note is this will get Mature at some points, and don't mistake this on "it's because he based it on three horror movies." Buddy that's not it, the reason is that how all my new stories are gonna be like going forward, it gives me more freedom to get away with things I normally can't with a normal story Anyway I'll stop stalling you and start the reading

Hunter in the Dark

4 parts Complete Mature

Raoul's older sibling returns to Paris and is instantly fascinated by the Phantom, Erik in turn is just annoyed to have one more de Chagny in the picture. So they go for a hunt, each with their own motives. It turns out differently as each of them expected. This story begins at the end, kinda. ------------------ This is an older story of mine I overhauled and therefore already finished! Rating: NC-17 hetero Genre: Romance Pairing: E/OC Words: around 10'000 Status: Complete Warnings: Wild mix of all the phantom-verses, mainly Kay and definitely AU A lot of OOC'ness from Raoul's and Philippe's part (even if we never see him in persona). The Persian too and Erik... Oh heck, Erik... Erik is just my version Erik. Means, he's a medley of all the Eriks/Phantoms I know in literature, films, musicals mixed with a good brush of my own dirty, insane, phantasies and memories. But, he always looks like Leroux/Kay Erik, only his eyes just reflect in the dusty light of darkness and seem to be yellow-cattish; in peaceful daylight they're from the color like of the midnight-sky, with golden sparkles, like falling stardust... With this I bid you goodbye and let you read...
