Princess Odette Eve never would believe that an ally to her kingdom would kidnap her just because she denied a prince, now king, marriage, but when said king and his navy disguised as pirates does kidnap her, drugs her, knocks her out, she ends up on the ship of one of the most "feared" pirates of the sea. Captain Thorpe "Nightmare" Salvatore and his crew help her. She wakes up at the bottom of the ship surrounded by stolen goods. Salvatore has a son, Connor, who is there to help her. When Nightmare suggests a marriage between the two to keep Odette safe from, she's not sure about it but accepts anyways. Connor's not sure about it but understands Odette is in danger and he needs to keep her safe. But the kingdom after Odette is insisting to Odette and take her away and force her into a marriage. They hide and they try and get away as much as possible but they are still found by the enemy. Connor thinks there's a mole in the crew but he's not sure, but he's going to find out and keep her safe. Will these two fall in love? Or is this the adventure that ruins what could possibly everything both have worked hard for?

You all know the old fairy-tale's where an evil and cruel dragon kidnaps the princess because of her beauty and then knights in shinning armour arrives to save her. After saving her they get the half of the kingdom and marry the princess and lives happily ever after.. But this story is very different... There was once were a beautiful, kind princess named Lydia who got engaged to a prince, but the princess wasn't in love with him at all. One day as she was sleeping peacefully in her bed with her window opened, a dragon named Lithon attacked the kingdom. In it's attack on the kingdom the dragon flew to the castle and was going to destroy it from pure hatred for the royal family, but then he saw the princess through her open window. The dragon fell for her beauty immediately, so he decided to kidnap her, it would also be the perfect revenge on the royal family. So the dragon took the princess to his place, the princess was of course not happy about that and she did freak out. She didn't wanted to live with a dragon! But then, the dragon reached it's house and he changed into a handsome young man! Even though its forbidden for them to be together, the princess slowly fell for the dragon and the dragon fell for her.. but how will this fairy tale end..? like every other, where the prince comes and slay the dragon and gets the girl, or will it be different this time? Adellia has grown up surrounded by rules and regulations. She's been prepped from birth to eventually reside in the throne that has been in her family for what feels like forever. Unfortunately, her destiny is quickly approaching. Her father is dead, and her mother has only a couple of months to live according to doctors. All eyes in the castle, and kingdom, turn to Adellia expecting her to step into her mother's shoes. However, both women aren't ready to give up their lives just yet. Wanting to learn more about her kingdom, and the people of it, before she is forced into an arranged marriage and the throne for the rest of her life, Adellia ventures out into the kingdom to do just that. While there, Adellia meets a young blacksmith by the name of Faron and gets sucked into a plot that goes against her, and her mother's wishes. Will she be able to venture into the unknown, and survive out of the watchful eye of the palace? This book has sexual reference and mentions of things that could possibly be triggering to some - e.g. young motherhood and loss of a parent. This work is usually split into two parts, but I have decided to take down the second part, and consider the first part, one book for now, so I can work on the second. When the second part/book has been finished, I'll decide whether I like it as one book or to reincorporate the rest of the book to make it one. Entered in the Wattys(2020)!Complete

From the beginning of the voyage attraction is there between the two but someone doesn't want Catherine or Myles to reach China to learn what became of her missing uncle.
