Tracy Marcus is a delinquent. As well as a wanted criminal. Every night it was annoying the police, dodging jail, and sneaking into buildings.
     However, when a new, very good looking, very annoying, cop joins the police force it starts getting harder for Tracy to get away with her schemes. But that only makes her want to get rid of him once and for all.
     Unfortunately for Tracy, not only is the officer as cunning, witty, and smart as her, but he also has another trick up his sleeve that he doesn't even know about yet. He just so happens to be her next-door neighbor.
