Achilles Bennett hadn't much in common with his mythical Greek counterpart, only that death seemed to follow the two like a pet, both knew magic in different ways, and they shared the same name. 

He had not one, but many 'heels'. Achilles owned weaknesses that had ironically helped him stay strong. His family and friends were one, his pure rage another, and the last was simply Elena Gilbert. Of course, there was nothing very simple about the brunette girl, in fact, she was the most complex. She was, undoubtedly, the girl of Achilles' dreams.
