Who would have thought Haruhi had an older sister nothing like her. Where Haruhi is calm and caring shin is anxious and smothering. The poor girl has misophobia and hypochondria and is often convinced she's dying of some sort of illness or worried about her younger sister catching a disease or becoming unhealthy. She loves dressing as a kid in cutsey outfits and even sometimes carries around a stuffed fox. Though shin is still in high school she goes to Ouran public high school not the academy like her sister. Though she is smart enough to get into the academy she didn't think it would be fair to take the spot away from another worthy candidate that probably wanted to do something with their lives besides be a housewife. Though when it came time for her sisters interview she did make a deal with the principle that she had free reign to come visit her sister whenever she wanted.
