Saving The Villainess

As a child, Kassandra dreamt of becoming a writer. She had a love for fantasy and romance novels, even better when the two mixed. There was nothing better than getting lost in a world where she could be anything and everything in a book through a variety of perspectives. She lived a different life in every novel she picked up, which influenced her to start writing her own. However, when she finished the novel and had self-published it herself, the story didn't exactly gain the popularity she wanted. Life had always been a struggle for her and she had hoped that the project that she'd been working on as a child would lessen the burden of everyday life. However, her expectations fell short and her novel had toppled the mountain of disappointments that she's accumulated over time. It had driven her to the edge and it drained her energy to continue fighting off the darkness that was constantly in the back of her mind. She fed into it, and lost her battle. Little did she know, upon doing so, she was thrown into the fictional realm that she created herself. The darkness couldn't let her go just yet, and the toughest challenge was facing a battle inside a character she created from her inner turmoil.
