If you go down to the woods today... Well, in this town, you probably won't come back. Unexplained deaths and disappearances are normal around here. In Haltonshaw Grove, we tell these real life horror stories to our kids like bedtime tales. They help us learn from a young age to stay out of the forest after dark. But one halloween, we didn't listen- Me and four boys. We broke the rules and we paid the price. We barely made it out alive and now we live with the trauma, the nightmares, the memories. Seven years later, the events of that night, like most things tend to do around here, have come back to haunt us. We never talked about the night we ran in the forest, never spoke afterwards at all really, but now we're going to need each other if we're going to survive what's coming. History had repeated itself, causing the man in the moon to appoint a new guardian, the spirit of Halloween herself. However Y/N has no interest in gaining more believers, seeing as everyone who does believe in her has the wrong idea of her. Being feared is not fun and she'd rather not be seen. However, maybe someone who had once been in her position (in a way) can give her a different perspective and hopefully encourage Y/N to keep fighting for what her title should mean.
