Brianna only worries, were, trying to keep strong after Tyler died, and trying to figure out how her "mother" was always, appearing where she shouldn't be. However that was before people started feeding on each other.... Death was no longer called into faction; the unthinkable was suddenly becoming possible. The people that were supposed to be died, were now walking the earth, and the world as she know it was slowly becoming no more.
Derrick wasn't one to seek attention; he liked to remain in the shadows that way people don't have a reason to pry to close. To the fact that sixteenth year old, seems to be living by himself, under no "supervision" of an adult. That was before she appeared in his life.... One look and he know, without a shadow of a doubt, do anything to keep her safe. Until now he only watched from the shadows, making sure she doesn't get into any trouble she couldn't get out of. But that all changed, the night he received a text that rudely awoke him from his slumber.... He was about to dismissed the message, when he realized the sender was his "father". He knows he only had a couple of hours before the world was would be change forever. But no matter the situation, he couldn't seem to get his mind to focus to the tactic at hand.... Thoughts of her continued to invade his mind, one thing he know for certain was, he wasn't leaving without her.

"Maybe you have super powers," Winnie proposed. "Maybe I'm dying from some weird chemical reaction," Skyler pointed out. "Always so negative. Try to look on the up side sometimes," Winnie teased. "What if I'm dying," Skyler asked worried. "It was nice knowing you," Winnie said jokingly. That wasn't what the girl needed to hear. "Look," Winnie interjected realizing she wasn't helping, "You aren't dying. We can google it and find out what's going on I'm sure there's a reason." Sky nodded quietly. Until now. Our lives were threatened when a mysterious and deadly virus broke out, killing entire communities at a time. The council says that they have a plan; they said that in order to prevent the death of more innocent people they will test every man, woman, and child for signs of the virus. Any person found to have been infected will be quarantined, the ones who die will be given a proper burial while the ones who survive are deemed carriers and are to be sent to the home planet to prevent further outbreak. I was prepared for the people I know and some I love being taken away for the greater good, but I never would have expected that among the list of people being taken from my community, that I would be one of them.. I survived the quarantine. Now for the survival of my planet I, and the other Carriers must be sent to the home planet. I'm going back to Earth.
