This is a Hanahaki Disease story staring: Lance x Keith.
In this case, Lance is madly in love with Keith, but Neither doesn't love him back. Hence, Lance gets Hanahaki.

"...I-i love you...Keith..." Lance whispered. "Oh...that's...oh." Keith replied, he moved his hand to the back of his neck and rubbed it in a state of nervousness. "I'm not sure if I feel the same about you, Lance..." he added. Lance stared at the ground as he felt tears threatening to spill...and a few actually did.
But the tears weren't really tears? More like this thick blue liquid spilling from his eyes. It didn't end there, though. The liquid spilled from the corners of his mouth and dripped from his nostrils. 'What is happening..?' he thought. Then, he choked up flower petals...
