This is a Hanahaki Disease story staring: Lance x Keith. In this case, Lance is madly in love with Keith, but Neither doesn't love him back. Hence, Lance gets Hanahaki. - "...I-i love you...Keith..." Lance whispered. "Oh...that's...oh." Keith replied, he moved his hand to the back of his neck and rubbed it in a state of nervousness. "I'm not sure if I feel the same about you, Lance..." he added. Lance stared at the ground as he felt tears threatening to spill...and a few actually did. But the tears weren't really tears? More like this thick blue liquid spilling from his eyes. It didn't end there, though. The liquid spilled from the corners of his mouth and dripped from his nostrils. 'What is happening..?' he thought. Then, he choked up flower petals... - This is my first Klance story, and it's also my first time writing about this Hanahaki Disease. I hope you all enjoy this shitty story!

Keith has confusing feelings for Lance. He can't pinpoint what they are. All he knows is that he isn't satisfied with their rivalry and Lance denying their bonding moment hurts. Before he knew it, he began to cough up petals. (Hanahaki is a disease which involves coughing up flowers because of unrequited love.)
