My Poetry Escape
I may just be a girl. No one special. Nothing compared to others. In the eyes of the universe, I am just a little speck of dust. My light may not shine very bright, and it may not be of any use, but I am me. Writing is my only escape out of this world. I cry rivers of ink and climb mountains of words. I may not write as well as others, but my writing is just a different style. They're my feelings. I really do hope you can connect to some of the work in here. Please, do not copy any of this work without informing me first. Thank you! "My Escape" I have a supply, In the closet near my bed, Of past memories, Hanging by a thread. A thread, Connected to my mind, That thread, Just follows me around. I have a hole, In the middle of my heart, That hole fills up, When someone's torn apart. I have a tear, Accompanying my lonely eye, Knowing, whenever I'm alone, I can sit in a corner and cry. Even though, These things are there, I still have ink, a notebook, and a pen, To care. I write and write, To my heart's desire, New feelings erupt, By the hour. Writing is, My one escape, In this cruel and careless world, I have the power, to awake. "A Story Without Words" A story told, In a little tune, A golden smile, And a shining tear, Rolling down my cheek. A little breeze, The nice sun, A marvelous day, Turned into a wet one. The memories dripped, Down on my cotton white shirt, Leaving stains, On my malicious heart. Your smile, Worth a thousand words, Can't cheer up This depressive mind. A storm bewildered, Your indecisive mind, Drowning me, In my reckless thoughts. A rainy day, A gleaming lie, A story not told, With words Nor sounds. This story is, But a mere thought, In this universe We share, Every night. This story is, A withering storm, Drifting off, In this careless soul. If I Try (Lesbian Story)
My life in ruins, this is where I'm at currently. I was living a lie, lying to people and most importantly to myself. You can act straight all you want, you can try to convince yourself that, but no matter how hard you try. The truth is always revealed. What did I do? I stroked her face, and told her she was still beautiful, then I bent down and kissed her. One of those soft, yet deep, gut wrenching, I'll always love you, but I have to let you go, goodbye kisses. Then I rested my forehead on hers and closed my eyes. I saw the past that we had, all of the memories we had together, I took them in, I felt the feelings again, I processed them. Then I saw the dreams that we dreamed for our future, I saw all of our plans that we made, I felt them, I felt the pain of what would never be, and then I released it all. I didn't realize I was sobbing until I felt her hand graze over the tears. I opened my eyes, blinked away the tears I had left, and smiled. She returned my smile. when an aromantic falls in love
I'm an aromantic, and always have been but found out late... it provided me with lots of clarity. However, I found myself in a deep struggle trying to differentiate between being in love & being lonely since it has happened to me countless times before. So here I write little things now and then about the girl I'm in love with, in hopes that eventually, I can find the truth about my desires. (oct) ----- I'm surely in love, yes. I'll proudly write and show off the girl I'm in love with, I'll tell the world how much I love her, I'll make others jealous about my unconditional love for her all the way through. My Brooklyn. (nov) ----- As much agony as I am in, falling back and forth wondering what my love truly is, I'm trapped. I'm trapped every time I look at her even if I try to look away. it has me sick to my stomach, but I don't really mind. maybe it can end the way I want? (dec) ----- 3 days before confessing. My Bella
(Previously known as 'Forbidden love') My legs have a mind of their own and i find myself walking towards the bathroom. She left it unlocked. I turn the handle and open the door. The steam escaping. I walk further in and shut the door behind me. I don't think she can hear me. I strip from my clothes and push them to the side. I walk up to the bath tub that has a shower attached. I move the curtain out of the way and her back is facing me. She looks so beautiful right now it's too late to turn away. I step in and wrap my arms around her naked waist and rest my forhead on her shoulder blade. I hear her gasp and her body stills under my touch. Still not facing me, i speak. "i'm sorry if i hurt you. You don't understand, i do want you the same way you want me because... because... I'm in love with you" I've finally said it. •~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~• A lot is happening in Bella and Noahs' love story. First she and Noah go on a journey to find her father and seek answers to his mysterious disappearance. Then we find that their love blossoms throughout their journey. However something or rather someone has to be in the way of our two 'star-crossed lovers' and their forbidden love. But who could it be? Bella finds herself trying to find a purpose to life when things start to fall apart and she needs to learn to adapt to new changes. Noah needs to steer clear or else his life may end up crashing down into a million pieces, unable to put back together. Once in a lifetime.
When the rest of the band stepped away slightly Dalton put his arm around my waist and I thought my knees were going to buckle. I knew what I was going to do, and I needed all the courage I could muster up. As my brother's thumb goes down to take the photo I suddenly turn my head, close my eyes, and kiss Dalton right on the cheek. Dalton is known as a "rockstar" playing shows every night in the biggest cities. Juliet is a wallflower ballerina in a small town. What happened when their world collide? And what will happen when someone from Daltons life tries to take what's rightfully his? An even bigger twist, you get to decide the ending. This was originally FacFiction that I changed into a sort of kind of legitimate story. I started it in high school and my 24 year old self is trying desperately to fix it because I've written two sequels to it as an adult. I'll also be publishing them once this one is fully published.
