When a dirty cop blackmails a local couple for their inability to pay, worlds will be shattered as his weak minded brother is sent out to finish the job for him. Unfortunately a close neighbor, Amber, has walked in on the murder. With their crimes now known and an eye witness still remaining Amber has been caught in the crossfires as their next target. In the attempts to apprehend and take out the single witness to their crime the weak-minded brother begins to grow feelings for the girl, turning their world upside down in a battle between love and hate, family or friend. Caught in between a nefarious murder plot and an ever growing love for the woman he is to kill, He must finally decide which side he is on and what is more important to him.
