Aquel día donde sucesos extraños, catastróficos y desastres naturales acaecen en el momento menos pensado en diferentes partes del mundo. Varios sobreviven y otros mueren a causa de la maldad que arrasa en todo su alrededor o, como se le suele llamar: a través de una maldición. Aquello, se debe a un repentino y desconocido efecto que surge, en medio de los acontecimientos desgarradores, entre algunas personas haciéndolos cambiar de conducta y que se vuelvan malignos ante los demás atacándolos hasta acabar con sus vidas. La ya mencionada e inexplicable maldición solamente ocurre en esa terrorífica fecha y absolutamente nadie sabe el porqué de... eso. Por ello, lo llaman el día maldito. Muchos, antes de que llegue el esperado suceso, suelen viajar a otros países, dentro o fuera del continente para no ser atacados. Otros simplemente optan por resguardarse en sus casas, sin embargo, nunca es suficiente. La naturaleza igual los embiste.
