This book is about the love story of Dallas and Selena. Selena has had a rough life her dad died when she was 4 and dosent remember a lot about him and now she lives with her crackhead mother and her abusive boyfriend. Her brother Troy and sister Michelle all take care of each other. On the other hand Dallas has lived with his father which was the ex kingpin until he passed his legacy down to his son and his mother died in battle when he was 15.
