The world is beautiful and prosperous. all the best and brightest humans are chosen to live in the world's greatest city... the exosphere! In this wondrous world there are always new inventions just waiting to happen. The exosphere houses minds greater than Einstein! Muscles greater than ten men! There is always new adventure to be had! At least that's what they think. At birth you are measured by a faulty machine to decide whether you are worthy of that life. If you are not... you can call the wastes your home. It holds billions of monsters, technological disasters and malformed mutated rats. The one city in the exosphere is the only place free from the pollution thanks to that glass dome around them. Despite what it May sound like it's not a pleasant place. Everyone within the exosphere is pumped full with a different type of gas than the pollution out in the wastes. Mind control gas. There are a few people in control of the exosphere. They are the only ones with protection against the mind control gas. They truthfully fear technology. They have brought most technological advances to a screeching halt.
