It's a new timeline a timeline where everyone is at the surface of course no memory of Frisk killing the whole underground the diffrent timelines especially True Resets
This particular Timeline is when all the Monsters are on the surface and free living peacefully with the Humans!
It's been 3 years since they have been freed from their underground home/prison they're enjoying the surface its...its...Amazing...
you can even called it a perfect ending...

Was this truly the last RESET? Sans wondered. But he knew only Frisk would tell, only this young girl would decide his future. He hated the thought of it at first, but hatred began to grow numb after he figured out he had no say in his own future. He had to admit though, Frisk was pretty reasonable, it was Chara who was the maniac. But she was gone now, so what was the anticipating, eerie, feeling that he had in his bones? The feeling that something wasn't right, of course, this timeline was already incredibly strange. The feeling sat in his in the pit of his stomach, tying itself into knots, until that fateful rainy day when all of his questions would be answered.
