Cynthia visits Beverly Hills

Cynthia's mother, Cassandra, must meet with a friend of hers, a wealthy heiress Vivian Ashe in Beverly Hills. While there, Cynthia meets Viv's richly pampered pet chihuahua Chloe, and Papi, a hyperactive male chihuahua of Mexican descent who has a mad crush on Chloe. But after Cynthia and the Harpercop twins accidentally turn into dogs and wind up lost with Chloe in Mexico City, it's up to Papi, Kali, and the rest of the gang along with their new friends to show everyone that even when you're small, you can accomplish great things with the power of the mighty chihuahua!
