Della is a 16 year old girl who is beaten by her father after her mother passed. She has raven hair and hides under a hood to cover her face. Malcom, her father , blames Della for her mothers death when she died in a car accident to pick Della up from school ,but she never got there.
Malcom turned to alcohol and drugs. He started to beat Della because it made him feel good about himself. He knows what Della really is but tells her to hide under a hood so she'll be out of harms reach. Malcom doesn't love Della but he made a promise to her mother. 'Don't let them find out what she is, they won't understand and call her a freak' she said.
Xavier is a Greek God's creation. Well, that's what all the girls say. What is he really? Will he be Della's saviour or enemy?
