Exodus Asylum is home to many of the insane.

Cadence Valentine, a childish and clever young adult, one day releases all locked in residents from their rooms. A riot breaks out and being led by the voices in her head, Lucinda Santora searches for two other lunatics, David Johansson and Ashton Quill.

A journal is thrown to Lucinda during the riot and in anger, the voices tell her to destroy the book and gather the other three eccentrics to help her. As the last page of the journal is ripped out, their world alternates to a demented version of reality and a living hell they must escape.
